Unit of analysis, target and problem type

Write what one row represents, the target column, and the ML problem type for each project. Concepts: Rows, features, target; regression vs classification vs clustering vs forecasting Project A: Row = one loan application. Target = credit_risk (Good/Bad) → target = 1 for Bad (the class we want to catch). Binary classification. Without the target → segmentation into applicant personas (E11). Project B: Row = one hour. Target = total load actual (MW) → regression. Because rows are ordered in time, it is also a forecasting problem (time matters for splits).
