Write reference summaries and a rating guide

Learn how labels are made for generation: write a summary guide (third person, include who / what problem / what was decided, max 3 sentences, no new facts). Take 20 chats of your own (e.g. support conversations with personal details removed) and write their summaries. Create a 1–5 rating sheet for faithfulness, coverage and clarity, used in evaluation.
