Queues and workers for long tasks

Move slow work out of the request: document ingestion and re-indexing, long agent tasks, report generation and post-call/post-chat analysis run as background jobs in a queue with workers; the API returns a job id and the client polls or gets a webhook. Add retries and a dead-letter list for failed jobs.
