Reshape weather from long (city × hour) to wide (one row per hour) and merge with the energy table. Concepts: Grain alignment; pivot; merge validation Project A: Not applicable (single table). Project B: Weather has duplicate city-hour rows: drop them first, then pivot. Result: one row per hour with temperature per city plus a population-weighted national temperature.
