Use case, consent and calling rules

Choose the campaign: appointment reminders for the Project 1 clinic (confirm / reschedule / cancel) or lead qualification (ask 4 questions, book a callback with sales). Prepare a contact list ONLY of people who gave consent; remove DND numbers; set calling hours (e.g. 10:00–19:00 local time) and a maximum number of attempts. Write the success definition: confirmed, rescheduled, qualified, not interested, wrong number.
