Bag of Words and TF-IDF

Learn the first way to give text to a model: Bag of Words counts each word; TF-IDF gives more weight to words that are frequent in one text but rare overall (so 'refund' matters more than 'the'). These features + logistic regression make a strong, fast baseline — you will use it in Project 1.
