Prompt chaining and self-consistency

Learn to split a big task into small prompts that run one after another, where the output of one step is the input of the next — e.g. customer reviews → (1) extract each complaint as JSON → (2) group complaints by topic → (3) write a summary for the product team. Each step is simpler, easier to test and easier to fix. Also learn self-consistency: ask the same question 3–5 times and take the majority answer, for important decisions.
