Set up the repo, data folders and EDA notebook template

Create eda-projects/ with data/raw, data/interim, reports/figures, notebooks/A_credit_eda.ipynb, notebooks/B_energy_eda.ipynb and src/eda_utils.py. Concepts: Reproducibility: raw data is read-only; every transformation is code Project A: Put 'German Credit History Raw Data.xlsx' (decoded labels) or UCI german.data (coded A11…A202, space-separated) into data/raw/credit/. Keep the raw file untouched. Project B: Download energy_dataset.csv and weather_features.csv into data/raw/energy/.
