Writing prompts for speech

Learn how voice prompts differ from chat prompts: short sentences (1–2 per turn), no lists, markdown or emojis, ask one question at a time, confirm important details back ('So that's Tuesday at 4 pm, right?'), spell numbers the way they are spoken, a clear goal and steps, how to end the call, what to do when unsure (transfer).
