Split and check label quality

Split 70% train / 20% val / 10% test. Keep images from the same video or same site in the same split (otherwise near-identical frames leak into the test). Put most of your own images in val/test so the score reflects real use. Then check: draw the boxes on 30 random images, count boxes per class, look for missing or wrong boxes.
