Chat app and next steps

Deploy a Streamlit chat for customers with a hidden 'agent view' panel (which agent is active, tools used, hand-offs, cost) and an inbox for human escalations and approvals. Write the README with the results table and an architecture diagram. Next steps (glimpse): voice agents, browser/computer-use agents, and production deployment (FastAPI, Docker, monitoring) in the Deployment module.
