Learn to pick a stack with a simple table: STT (accuracy on your callers' accent and languages), LLM (fast small model for most calls), TTS (natural voice in your language, low latency), telephony (numbers available in your country; in India: Exotel, Plivo, Twilio, Knowlarity and others — needs KYC). Add up cost per minute: telephony + STT + LLM + TTS + platform fee. For Hindi/Hinglish and regional languages test Indian providers (e.g. Sarvam) against global ones.
