Load each CSV with the right options and confirm row counts, separators and date parsing. Confirm 1,000 × 21. Project B: Load both energy and weather files; parse 'time' / 'dt_iso' to UTC datetime (the source contains +01:00/+02:00 offsets due to daylight saving).
