Your first neural network on Fashion-MNIST (Keras and PyTorch)

Build the same small network (784 → 128 → 10) in Keras and in PyTorch on Fashion-MNIST (70,000 clothing images, 10 classes). Train for 10 epochs, plot the learning curves, report test accuracy (expect about 87–89%) and compare with logistic regression (about 84%).
