Build the app: text box → top 3 answers with scores, or the 'contact support' message below the threshold. Load the saved index and FAQ table at start-up (do not re-embed on every request). Publish on Hugging Face Spaces with a README. Note: this is the retrieval half of RAG — in the LLM module an LLM will write the final answer from these results.
