Test, handle errors, monitor and hand over

Finish professionally: run all test cases, add retries and the error workflow with Slack/email alerts, check the executions log for a few days, set data retention for executions, export the workflows to Git, and write a one-page handover (what it does, how to change templates, who gets alerts, monthly cost). Self-host on a small server if the client needs data control.
