Write down: users (shop owner), questions it must answer ('Which products will run out next week?', 'What were our biggest expenses in March?'), actions it may take (create a draft purchase order) and actions it may never take (pay suppliers, delete data). Scores: task success rate, correct tool choice, number of steps, cost and time per task.
