Teach honestly

  • Say what you know and what you don't. Don't promise jobs, salaries or results.
  • Use material you have the right to use. Credit sources; state the licence of any dataset.
  • Never do a learner's graded work for them, and never help anyone cheat on a 1x1 exam.

Respect people

  • No harassment, discrimination, sexual content or pressure of any kind. No recording without the room's consent banner.
  • Keep learners' information private. Don't ask for personal details you don't need to teach.
  • Turn up on time. If you must cancel, do it at least a day before.
