How teaching on 1x1labs.ai works: what you can teach, how you're paid, and what we do for you.

What you can teach

  • You teach inside the scope of your Teach Pass: the packs you hold a Verified Credential for. Anything outside it is flagged in the Creator Studio and needs a reviewer's approval.
  • Earning is for adults (18+) only. Until school mode opens, your audience is adults only.
  • Your own material stays yours. You give 1x1labs.ai a licence to host, show and promote it for as long as it is listed.

Money

  • You set your rate. Learners see your rate plus the published platform fee (30% when we found the learner, 15% when they came with your link). The fee is never hidden.
  • Learners pay 1x1labs.ai. We hold the money until the session is delivered and the 48-hour dispute window has passed, then credit it to you. It becomes payable 5 days later.
  • Payouts need identity checks (KYC) and tax details first. Tax required by law is deducted at source and shown on every payout.

On the platform

  • Sessions, messages and payments happen on 1x1labs.ai. Contact details in messages are hidden automatically. Taking a learner off the platform to pay you directly ends your Teach Pass.
  • Sessions run in 1x1 rooms, so both of you have a record of who attended. That record decides no-shows.
