Booking tools via a webhook API

Build a tiny API with two endpoints — check_availability(date) and book_appointment(name, phone, date, time) — connected to a calendar or a small database. Expose it with ngrok while developing. Create two function tools in Vapi pointing to these URLs, with clear descriptions and parameters, and a 'please hold, I'm checking' message while the tool runs. Return short results the agent can speak.
